Experience :
My love for sport has kept me involved in a sporting environment for over 15 years, firstly as a professional sportsman and more recently as a coach and personal trainer. From my experiences I now realise the important role that health, fitness and nutrition can play in not only obtaining a pain-free and flexible body, but also in assuring high energy levels and mental alertness on a day to day basis. Concentrating on varied training techniques that will help the client improve bodytone, posture, core stability and muscular strength, whilst also giving the motivation needed to succeed in achieving personal goals. I believe that a training programme should be effective, challenging and most importantly can adapt to the individual's lifestyle. |
