    "I've been training with Ike about once to twice a week for the past eight months now. I had only intended to have just a few sessions simply to learn the correct form with a few resistance/weight training exercises and a bit of nutritional advice. But after just a few weeks I could see definite improvements, not the usual weight loss you associate with fad dieting and endless tedious hours on a treadmill but visible improvements in muscle shape, size and definition. The amount of weight I can lift (correctly) has improved by roughly 30% without compromising my cardio fitness.
