| Experience : I have had experience of one-to-one training in the home environment, from clients who want weight management and general fitness programmes, to more serious athletes who require running experience and training. Having had a baby this year, I have a huge admiration for new mothers and have a passion for providing proper fitness advice and exercise programmes for mums and their babies - born or unborn! I start Buggyfit in January for mums and their babies, which is a power walking class combined with strengthening and toning exercises to help shift postnatal weight. | |||||||
| Professional Reference I am an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a life long passion for sport and fitness. I am a veteran of the infamous ‘Marathon des Sables’ in Morocco, a very experienced swimmer, cyclist and judo black belt. As well as being a very competent all round athlete, I am a qualified Personal Trainer who also specializes in ante and post natal fitness and am an experienced therapist in sports massage and muscle energy techniques. I am ex military and so I have developed excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
