| Experience : Hi. After university and living abroad for a while, I qualified in Personal Training at the Australian Institute of Fitness. The point of Personal Training is very simple: you cannot live without your health, and you can get so much more out of life when you are fit. To those ends I work with all kinds of people who have all kinds of needs - from basic posture and physique, to getting their figures back after pregnancy, to just recovering that old feeling of zip and well being. Together we discuss what is required and then work out a plan. Everybody is different. But equally, everybody is the same - what you want is what everybody wants. | |||||||
