| Experience : I have always been a keen sportsman and loved training and staying in shape. I love adventure sports, the outdoors, travelling and meeting new people. I have been training and coaching people in fitness and winter sports for the last ten years. I enjoy sharing my passion and experience in sport and fitness, to help drive people towards their sporting, fitness or recreational goals. My speciality area’s are core conditioning, sport specific training and weight management. I have worked with many different sportsmen and women. From Professional footballers, skiers and snowboarders to golfers, dancers and yachtsmen.
