    Professional Reference

    I first got in contact with Active Interest when I was looking for a fitness challenge so that I could celebrate my big 30 a good deal lighter than I was and with a sense of achievement. Following an initial session where we discussed my goals, we agreed a programme of fitness and lifestyle change which was to enable me to run a Marathon (The furthest I’d run before was 6 miles!) With Simon’s ongoing support, direction and motivation I not only completed the Marathon within my target time, but also lost nearly 2 stone by my 30th. I have completed another Marathon since and have changed my career and outlook on life as a consequence.
