    Experience :

    I graduated University in 2000 and started my career in a private Health Club as a Gym Instructor. During my time there I learnt the practical aspects of Instructing and also how to effectively communicate to gym members. In 2003 I started up my own Personal Training Company ‘REALIZE.’ Since then I have trained a variety of clients from the experienced to the total novice.
     
    I thoroughly enjoy training clients that have a real hunger to succeed. Training should be fun but at times you need to be able to roll your sleeves up and graft! Results won’t necessarily come easy but if you are determined then you will get there.
