| Experience : Based in Winchester, I have experience of working with a wide variety of clients, helping them to improve their fitness levels and lose weight. How can I help you? After an initial (FREE) consultation, I will design a programme that suits your personal fitness and/or nutritional requirements. It’s your choice whether you want to train at home, in the gym or in the local park, first thing in the morning or last thing at night. My aim is to work with you at a time and place that fits in with your lifestyle. All my clients are treated as individuals and my workouts are fun and varied. As well as providing workouts tailored to your individual needs I will help you to look at your lifestyle as a whole and make the necessary adjustments to meet your goals.I am a qualified Walking Instructor and have trained clients for specific events, ie the Moonwalk and international charity treks such as Machu Picchu I have also worked with many clients who are in the later stages of life - it's never too late to start! I believe life is not a dress rehearsal and that we should make the most of every moment. | Professional Reference Exercise had never been a priority for me. It wasn’t something I was ever particularly good at or enjoyed. Karen has helped me to change all that, not only by finding ways of getting me fit that suit me, but she has helped give me enthusiasm for exercise and well-being – a massive and badly needed boost. I work long hours and Karen designed a training programme that fits in and around my busy and often hectic lifestyle.
