| Experience : With many gyms and indoor classes continuing to fail so many women, Sally set up 'fit by nature' to provide refreshing alternatives based on outdoor classes and personal training. Sally found her way into health, fitness and personal training following 10 years as a marketer in London and finds that many of her clients come from similar corporate backgrounds (whether now home workers, full time mums or juggling office career and motherhood). Sally focuses on educating clients to enable them to make better health choices throughout their day to day lives as well as providing them with tailored workouts to get the most out of every exercise session. As at Spring 2008, outdoor class prices are £5 each and personal training is £45 per hour (reducing to £25 pp/hr for groups of 3). | |||||||
| Professional Reference I didn’t think I could ever enjoy running but, thanks to Sally’s gentle (yet firm) coercion, I’ve found a new, sporty me! Not only have I lost half a stone but I’ve recently completed my first 5K time trial in 30 minutes and my second 10K in 64 minutes. I’m delighted with the progress we’ve had so far. Helen Owen, part time sales & marketer and mum to Sam (6) and Connie (3) Teddington Having been a very occasional gym goer, Sally introduced me to outdoor training in 2004 to help me exercise more regularly. I found it added a whole new dimension to exercise giving me a much needed mental boost as well as a workout. I’ve grown to love exercising in the fresh air, finding it a great stress reliever and managing to lose 1½ stone last year. I find it so much more flexible than the gym (even power walking on holidays now!) and Sally provides loads of variety to keep it fun and interesting. Joanne Hobbins, full time Financial Product Manager Twickenham I was struggling to make time for exercise following the birth of my son so was delighted to find buggyfit classes which I could take him along to. The power walking workout with our buggies was a great way to get back into exercise and I was able to keep going to classes with Sammy throughout most of my second pregnancy and beyond. It took a while but thankfully I now feel like I’ve got my tummy back as well as having met loads of other lovely mums along the way.
