    I have over 5 years experience in the Health & Fitness industry and I feel that the experience that I have gained helps me with the variety of clients that I have trained.
     
    I genuinely enjoy my work and I try to bring my enthusiasm, energy, fun and professionalism to my clients sessions. I believe that one of the key aspects in achieving goals is to enjoy what you are doing and with the knowledge and variety that I possess feel that I bring fun and success to people's quality of lives.
     
    I tend to train clients in their own homes however if this isn’t an option there is lots of fun to be had in the great outdoors.
     
    I constantly try to be gaining more knowledge through Advanced training courses to help bring variety and options to people's work-outs.

    Rick has been my Personal Trainer for nearly two years and the difference he has made to my fitness is fantastic. He is always enthusiastic and inventive, which keeps the sessions fun and interesting. One of my problems with using a gym previously was that I would quickly become bored of the same exercises. Currently Rick is training me from home, and uses a variable combination of boxing, circuit training, running, free weights and resistance training, and core strengthening.
     
    He is a great motivator and approaches each client individually, tailoring programmes to their specific needs. I can say this hand-on-heart as he trains both me and my partner, and both our programmes are constantly changing and are different.
     
    He is extremely professional, keeping up to date with a wide range of health and fitness issues and courses. He is also both reliable and flexible which has been extremely important to me due to my unpredictable work. I would whole-heartedly recommend Rick to anyone wanting to improve their fitness for any reason.

    Six sessions with Rick is without a doubt the best Christmas present I’ve ever been given. So good in fact that after the 6 sessions I decided to make him for life. It’s been 3 years now and he has helped me achieve goals that were inconceivable to me in the days when I was wasting money on a gym membership. Rick’s enthusiasm knows no bounds and his greatest strength is his ability to tailor a routine to your individual needs. I was amazed at the variety that he was able to introduce into our sessions at home, including many excercises that I thought were only possible in a gym. I cannot recommend Rick more highly. He has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made.
