Optimum body function occurs when it is in a correct upright position. Any deviation from this line leads to faulty posture, inflexibility and injury. Therefore treatment with me begins with a full postural assesment whch is complimentry. This assesment is essential to discover what part of your posture is out of alignment and what muscles we need to reactivate to realign your body. Your program will then be geared towards correction with a pyramid procedure. I travel the World for both business and personal reasons. After many years of international travel, customer entertaining and a stressful lifestyle I decided, at the age of 50, that I would begin a regime of personal fitness combined with a healthy attitude to life. At the age of 45 I sustained an industrial accident which caused severe trauma to my lower right leg, I noticed that I had developed a slight limp and I was experiencing numbness in my left thigh combined with reduced flexibility in my right leg.
