    My personal training clients come to me with varying fitness levels, goals and aspirations. I design my programmes to evolve and adapt to your individual development, thus avoiding the dreaded plateau stage that exercise programmes so often reach.
     
    The fitness sessions incorporate exciting outdoor training methods, some or all of these will certainly be new to you but all with a very specific purpose. Do not be intimidated, we work together to gradually introduce these training techniques into your programme combining neuro-muscular and balance work for a complete body workout. This approach decreases the risk of injury while increasing lean body tissue.

    Guy has played rugby for both Bedford and Saracens Rugby clubs and currently plays for Richmond Rugby club. He has also been a guest expert on Channel 5 News sports supplement.
