| Experience : Pre & Postnatal Class Design and Structure These sessions are designed specifically for ladies of child bearing age and take into consideration the stresses and strain that child bearing and child birth takes on your body. Whether you are expecting or have recently had a child these classes are tailored to meet your needs. For those who have babies already, there is the option to bring baby along to the class. After class we meet for tea/coffee giving you the opportunity to meet and mix with like-minded mums. 1-2-1 Personal Training I also offer a 1-2-1 personal training service in the comfort of your own home (or mine), avoiding the need for you to find childcare whilst you train. Sessions are relaxed so that you can tend to your baby or child during the session. 50+ Perhaps your children are all grown up and can take care of themselves, if that is the case then my ‘50+’ sessions are for you. I offer a personally tailored sessions either on a 1-2-1 basis or in small groups with ladies of a similar age. | |||||||
