| Experience : I have not always enjoyed health and fitness. Looking back, during my twenties I had an unhealthy life style, with sedentary job, little exercise and a poor diet. Slowly as the weight started to creep on, I decided to take action. I joined a local gym and remember feeling exhausted after just a short time on an exercise bike. Gradually my sessions became easier and I started to look forward to my next visit. It wasn´t long before my energy levels increased and I started to loose weight. I didn´t even need to diet, I educated myself on nutrition and adopted a simple healthy eating regime, including treats! As my confidence and self esteem improved, I set myself a goal of entering a 5km fun run. I completed the run and felt an amazing buzz so I trained for a 10km race and joined a local running group. Now I train and compete in Triathlons. I decided I would like to help others gain the MASSIVE benefits and reap the rewards of regular exercise. So I retrained as a Personal Trainer. I can honestly say exercise changed my whole outlook. I am now a truly happy and more positive individual who looks forward to life! As I have true passion for fitness, I love to inspire others to understand how exercise is rewarding and FUN. It will leave you with a zest for life and improved confidence, self esteem and a new YOU! Thank You for your time in finding out a little more about ´me´. | Professional Reference Helen - April 2008 "I met Julie when I knew I wanted to do something about my weight and motivation with regards to exercise. I did not really enjoy exercising and saw this more as a chore than something to enjoy. However, I knew I needed something to both help me to lose weight and to give me some more energy. I had been feeling increasingly sluggish and was craving junk food. I was a bit scared about approaching a personal trainer and going to the gym as I had always found them to be intimidating places.
