| Experience : Having always held a keen interest in sport and physical adventure I have a passion for passing on my knowledge and enthusiasm to others. I have over 15 years of running experience, having taken part in many “half marathons” and competed in various other endurance challenges such as The Three Peaks and the tough Cairngorm Challenge. Not just a “enduro” lover I also enjoy cross–training including weight/resistance work, circuits and boxing workouts. A fun, personable trainer I really enjoy seeing people better themselves and their minds when training. No gimmicks or quirky diets, just professional, safe and innovative training with all the inspiration and help you need along the way! I have access to both a private 1-2-1 studio and fully equipped gym, with of course the great outdoors always an option.
