Experience :

After leaving the Royal Marines in April 2000, I've been in the Fitness industry for 8 years. From gaining my qualifications in Fitness and Massage therapy I decided to take my new career around the world with me, and worked as a Fitness Director/Massage therapist on cruise ships for 2 years. From there I went to live and work in the Carribean as a Massage therapist for Beaches before finally returning home. In April 2005 I gained a position as a Fitness Professional at the exclusive Royal Automobile club, where I'm currently based.

I had a voicemail message this morning from a lady that just recently sailed on the Grandeur of the seas with her Father. She wanted to compliment the Fitness onboard, Jamie Flynn.
