He incorporated several creative elements into our training that continually challenged and stimulated my physical learning. In the beginning, training was oriented towards preparing me for the London Marathon 2008, which I could not have completed without his support and assistance. Even with severe time constraints he devoted considerable time and effort to ensure I would incur minimised injury due to the Marathon , by working on specific areas such as ankle and knee strength, core stability and total body coordination.
