| Experience : I began my career in the fitness industry as a professional rugby player with Northampton Saints RFC. I became a fitness instructor and personal trainer in 1998, following a BTEC National Diploma in Sports Science. Since this time I have also gained YMCA, ACSM and Lifetime Dynamic Training qualifications. More than 7 years of my fitness career was spent at one of the UK’s largest health and fitness clubs at senior instructor/personal trainer level. I have extensive experience in injury rehab, pre and post-natal exercise and sports specific training. I am known for achieving results through delivering fun, creative and effective workouts. My clients range from movie stars, television personalities and sports professionals to busy office managers. | |||||||
