I have a BSc(Hons) Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and the 'Premier Training' Award. I have been helping clients achieve their fitness and weight loss goals for over 10 years. I trained Hannah Waterman to lose two and a half stone for her recent fitness DVD! Katy Hill for a Closer magazine post pregnancy weight loss special and most recently Samantha Janus after she finished on EastEnders. Experience:

I specialise in exercising clients within the comfort of their own home or office. I have significant experience and success in fat loss and toning and over the last 10 years I have seen great results in all of my clients. Most recently a stunning 19lbs fat loss in 5 weeks and a 6 inch loss from the waist in 5 weeks. I work with both men and women, from those struggling to get a healthy work/life balance and busy or working mums, and I keep the style of training very different from male to female as I'm well aware that goals can differ hugely. My Degree in Sport and Exercise Science has given me an excellent indepth knowledge of health and fitness while my post graduate courses (Fitness Trainer Award and 'Keiser Bike') enabled me to specialize further into a customer focused approach. You will be working with the latest techniques and I also provide a fantastic nutritional eating plan designed to keep your blood sugar levels stable, with this combination and my motivation, we will achieve your goals together.
