| Experience : As a personal trainer I am very aware that when you are training with me it’s YOUR time. This is something you are doing for yourself and therefore this time is precious. Achieving your fitness goals doesn’t just take place in the gym; many other aspects of your everyday life play a huge part. For this reason I give advice that covers all these areas and endeavor to make our time together a learning experience. Each training program I design is individually tailored to fit each client. I take my role as a personal trainer very seriously and regularly attend courses which enable me to keep up with latest developments in this industry.
