| Experience : In the years that I have been training clients I have encountered many different levels of fitness and many different reasons for going to a personal trainer. I devise individual programs which enable clients to work towards their goals in a structured and enjoyable way in my own gym situated just off Junction 4 of the M25. Since I have used various gyms myself over more than 20 years and also, for 12 of these years, I have been exercising with a personal trainer, I feel this gives me a unique insight into fitness training from the client’s perspective. | |||||||
