| Professional Reference It is with great pleasure and confidence that I recommend Mr Paolo Di Fabrizio as a Personal Trainer. Mr Di fabrizio contacted me when he heard I was preparing to travel to bangkok, Thailand. To study and fight in Muay-Thai boxing. After his initial consultation, Mr Di Fabrizio devised and recommended a training program that would take me 6 weeks The program consisted of one on one training, log book and dietry assistance, also offering on-line training and increased my confidence greatly. The program showed experience and depth of knowledge beyond his years;I now regularly use his services and highly recomend him. Donna Young ------------------------------------------------ We have known Paolo since Nov 2005 when we started attending his Boxing and Kickboxing fitness classes. Rose started attending his class first after a recommendation from one of her friends and I started a few weeks later, initially for an extra work out seperate from my Ju Jitsu training, where I hold a black belt 1st Dan. We have enjoyed the classes ever since then. Paolo's class provides a very varied format, the core of which is based upon boxing fitness. The class is well structured with good warm-up and cool down periods included. The main part of the class is boxing fitness, but additionally can include various weights, bodyweight and aerobic type exercises. Paolo's easygoing nature, the varied program that he provides and his obvious passion for teaching ensures an enjoyable class. However, he also has a knack of pushing his pupils just enough so that they get the best out of the class. He is also mindfull of personal injury concerns and is able to adjust his class and the exercises for individuals depending on their personal circumstances. In summary, we would highly recommend Paolo in whatever personal training arena that he chooses to be involved with. He will be a valuable asset to any organisation that he associates with. I have been a client of 1Wish for 6 months now and have nothing less than great satisfaction towards the methods used by Paolo whilst delivering his personal training services. During my time recieving personal training I have interacted frequently with him and depended on him greatly. He is very goal orientated as well as a reliable team player. He has always been keenly devoted to meeting our routine goals set, but being a real people person, he is also enjoyable to be around. We currently train three times a week, concentrating on split training where a different area of the body is worked on at each session.
